Conditions for Returning Unprovoked Products – Open Packaging.

1. In case we have made a mistake regarding your order, regarding the type or quantity, the company undertakes their replacement, without the slightest charge to the customer, if the product has not been used and is in its original condition-packaging.
2. Returns are not accepted in case of opening the package. The returned products should be very well packaged and protected, so that there is no further damage during shipment, always accompanied by all documents (DAP, Invoice, Retail Receipt, etc.).
3. The product must be in its original condition, as well as its packaging
4. Returns are accepted on a product whose packaging has not been opened within 10 calendar days.
5. The customer bears the shipping costs of the product he wants to return.
6. The product is technically inspected and then after consultation with the customer is replaced or refunded.
7. Returns in case of defective product are accepted within 10 days.
8. The defective product must be accompanied by the proof of purchase or invoice in case of a professional together with the necessary consignment note. Without a document no return will be accepted.
9. The customer is charged the shipping costs of the defective product.
10. The product is technically inspected and then after consultation with the customer is replaced and refunded the amount of the above shipping costs or refund.
11. The refund is made within 10 days by deposit in a bank account if the order was cash on delivery or by canceling the transaction if the payment was by card or Paypal.
12. Returns for which our company has not been informed or has not agreed, will not be accepted and will not be received.
