Shipments are made in collaboration with ACS Courier, Cash Courier and Elta Courier. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs.
The cost of shipping costs is 5.5 € (ACS) & 3.85 € (Elta) Cash Courier (2.90 € for Attica & 3.90 € for the rest of Greece).
There is also the possibility of sending an order on Saturday until 1 at noon, with an additional charge of € 3.5
Shipping costs are the same for all of Greece (except inaccessible areas or parcels over 50 kg), and are valid for purchases up to 70 €.
For purchases over 70 € the shipping costs are free.
In case you are in an inaccessible area, the shipping costs are 13.80 €.
For parcels over 2 kg the charge is 1 € for each extra kilo over 2.
If your order is over € 70 but at the same time you are in an inaccessible area or your package is over 2 kg then the amount of € 5.5 is deducted.
In case of returns, shipping costs are borne by the company in case of error or defective product. However, in case an order is sent correctly with the codes you selected and is returned for a change of a code, then the shipping cost is borne by the customer.
Receipments
Our company is not responsible for any delivery delay by the courier. In case of obvious damage to the parcel upon receipt, the buyer must inform us before receipt of the parcel in order to have the right to refund or send a new parcel. Our company does not recognize any damage or loss of items in case the buyer has accepted the receipt.
Product availability
Our company does everything possible so that the items that appear in its online store are immediately available. In case an item is not available, the details and delivery time are informed by phone. If you do not agree with the delivery time you can cancel your order (in this case there will be a full refund of the amount you may have paid) and enter a new one.
Delivery dates and times
Once your payment is confirmed (cash on delivery, paypal, deposit) in 1-2 working days your order will be shipped.
Shipping time is the period during which a product, once payment has been confirmed, is shipped to the final customer and lasts from 1 to 2 business days, depending on the region.
Deliveries are daily until 4 pm.
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday, once confirmed.

We accept payments by deposit in a bank account of Piraeus. It is important to expedite the sending of the order, when depositing the money in the reasoning to mention the Order Number (sent to you by e-mail after the completion of the order) as well as your name (In case of transfer of money from another bank there may be transaction charges which relate exclusively to interbank charges). The process of execution of your order will begin with the confirmation of the deposit.
To avoid problems, it is recommended that you pay attention to the final amount of your order. Our company is not responsible for the imposition of charges by the bank for the deposit of money or from a wrong deposit (deposit in a different account) and has no obligation to send the order in this case.
Our company issues a receipt and a delivery note when sending the order. If you wish to issue an invoice when completing the order, add the details for the issue to the tab and in the comments at the bottom of the page let us know that you wish to issue an invoice.
